About T-Minus AI

We publish source-dated AI guidance for professionals who need to stay current without drowning in hype.

What we do

T-Minus AI produces research, frameworks, and tool reviews for people applying AI to real work. Our core output is model comparisons, prompt engineering playbooks, and tool rankings — each one tied to verifiable sources and refreshed when the underlying products change.

Every major comparison page carries a verification date. Every pricing claim links to the vendor's own page. Every tool ranking discloses its evaluation criteria. This is the baseline — not a marketing promise.

Who builds T-Minus AI

Kapisch — Founder & Editor

Kapisch leads AI Enablement across global procurement at Siemens Healthineers, where he has trained 500+ procurement professionals on AI-powered negotiation frameworks and built internal AI tooling used across multiple business units. Before launching T-Minus AI, he shipped an independent iOS app and spent years working at the intersection of enterprise technology and practical AI deployment.

T-Minus AI grew out of a personal need: every AI comparison he found online was either outdated, benchmark-obsessed, or suspiciously aligned with whoever was paying for placement. He started publishing source-dated comparisons for his own reference, then realized the gap was big enough to serve other operators and builders who face the same problem.

T-Minus AI Editorial

The T-Minus AI editorial team researches, tests, and refreshes every framework, model comparison, and tool review on this site. We work hands-on with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, and Grok — running the same workflows we publish about — before anything ships. When a vendor changes pricing or deprecates a model, we update the affected pages and log the change in our monthly AI changes feed.

Editorial methodology

  • Primary sources only: pricing, capabilities, and release dates come from vendor documentation or official announcements. No third-party summaries for factual claims.
  • Dated verification: comparison pages carry a visible "verified" date. When underlying products change, we update the page and the date.
  • Real testing: tool rankings and model comparisons reflect hands-on workflow testing, not benchmark aggregation.
  • Transparent trade-offs: every recommendation discloses what it gives up. A product that wins on one axis usually loses on another.
  • No pay-to-play rankings: we do not accept payment for inclusion or placement in any comparison, list, or tool review.

How we make money

T-Minus AI is independently operated. Revenue comes from paid guides (Power Guides, Trinity Guide) and sponsorships clearly disclosed on individual pages. Some tool links may be affiliate links — these are disclosed inline and never influence rankings or recommendations.
