1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using T-Minus AI products or services (“Product”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
2. Product Description
We provide digital content (guides, prompts, playbooks) and, where applicable, community spaces. Details are shown at purchase.
3. Account & Access
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
4. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by T-Minus AI. Personal, non-commercial use only. Do not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership without written consent.
5. Payments & Refunds
Sales are handled by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Unless required by law, all sales are final. Statutory EU consumer rights (e.g., withdrawal for digital goods before download/use) apply where eligible.
6. Updates & Availability
We may update or change features at any time. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or security.
7. Community Guidelines
If community access is included, you agree to respectful conduct, no harassment/illegal content, and compliance with platform rules. We may remove access for violations.
8. Disclaimers
Content is for informational purposes only and not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Use at your own discretion; no guarantees of specific outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by EU/German law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, or legal/safety reasons.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by German law, with EU consumer protection rules applying to consumers. Courts of Berlin (Germany) have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified via website and/or email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
